1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NexDesign websites (nex3dcore.com) or using the NexDesign software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Software License Grant

NexDesign grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NexDesign CAD/BIM architectural editor. Indie Free users receive community access; Premium Pro users receive unrestricted computational modules, priority updates, and commercial license capabilities for professional architectural deliverables.

3. Early Adopter Lifetime Badges (Alpha & Beta)

Users who register and activate during the Alpha phase receive a permanent 70% lifetime discount; users during Beta receive a permanent 40% discount (for life). These discounts remain attached to the user account in perpetuity as long as the subscription remains active or is renewed under the badge entitlement.

4. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Payment processing, currency conversion, and global tax/VAT remittance are handled securely by Paddle (our authorized Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel your recurring renewal at any time with a single click from your account dashboard or via the Paddle Customer Portal, with zero cancellation fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All architectural 3D models, geometry, BIM layouts, and project files created using NexDesign belong 100% exclusively to the user. NexDesign claims no intellectual property ownership over your work.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexDesign is provided "as is". In no event shall NexDesign or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and authentication credentials for account creation and license verification. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive only your verified email and profile identifier.

2. Payment Data Security

We never process, store, or have access to your raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. All financial transactions are processed by Paddle under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.

3. Passwords & Cryptographic Security

User passwords are never stored in plain text. They are cryptographically hashed using standard Scrypt key derivation with unique per-user cryptographic salts.

4. Data Usage & Cookies

We use essential local storage tokens to preserve your active license status on your device so that you can work offline. We do not sell your personal information or track you across third-party websites.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR / KVKK)

You have the right to access, rectify, or request complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting our system administrative channels.
